Icing!

 When my brother and I were young, one of our most favorite things was to lick the beaters after Mama had made chocolate icing for a cake.  Charlie learned of this tradition at Thanksgiving, and he may love it more than we did.

    

Birthday Cake

Since my birthday fell on Thanksgiving this year, we celebrated with my cake a day early.  Charlie and Rosie were very excited to sing to me and blow out my candles.

Over Thanksgiving, Charlie and Rosie discovered some fun games on the iPad and Kendle, thanks to their cousins.  It was a lot of fun to play, but they were almost as happy to just cuddle and watch others play.

 

 

The Long Drive Home

Marc got a new iPhone just before we packed up and drove down to Georgia for Thanksgiving. And he discovered some new features - including making a movie trailer. So he found humor in our long drive from Maryland and made this.

We joined the Baltimore UGA Alumni Association for a game watching party for the Georgia Florida football game. While the outcome of the game wasn't pretty, the kids sure were cute!

I am pretty sure that Charlie and Rosie's favorite part of Halloween wasn't dressing up and wasn't the candy.  It was watching for trick-or-treaters to come to our house.
