Splash Pad at the Pier

In Downtown Pensacola, there is a little splash pad, and while we were down there we had to check it out.  I took a lot of pictures of Charlie playing in the water. A LOT.  He was just having such fun and had great facial expressions and I was trying to capture it all.  Here are just a few of the shots.

And then as we were leaving, Charlie found a dog.  He loves dogs.  We had to drag him away from the cute little puppy.

Feeding the Squirrels

While in Pensacola, Marc took Charlie to a local park.  There was a lady there feeding the squirrels peanuts, and she let Charlie feed them, too.  He enjoyed it so much that Marc bought some peanuts and took Charlie back.  And this time, we shared the peanuts with other kids that were squirrel watching.  Charlie liked talking to the squirrels, throwing the peanuts to them and then watching them crack open the shels and eat the nuts or bury them.

Hey Squirrel!  I have a peanut for you!

 

And eventually, Charlie tired of the sqirrels and tried the slide.
