On July 13, Marc ran in the 13th Annual Burnin' Up the Blacktop 5K. The start and finish was located at Fire Station #1, which is where we had Charlie's second birthday party. So we put on our fire truck t-shirts (and added some left-over fireman tattoos) and went down to cheer him on. We got there just in time to see him cross the finish line.
Marc was happy with his time and Rosie was happy for Daddy. Charlie was a little pouty becasue he was waiting for another birthday party.
But once he got up and started looking at the trucks, he was much happier.

The top three in each age group got a cool bobblehead trophy.
And every racer got a t-shirt. Marc got a small so Charlie could wear it, and then he went to check out the finish line.
