Wearing the Race Shirts to School
Once again, my attempt to get two kids to both dress well, stand next to each other and smile failed.
If I want smiles, I will have to settle for individual pictures.

Our Last Day
On our last day at Disney, Marc packed up the car and we planned to leave from the park after a morning of fun. I dressed the kids in matching shirts that Santa brought them for Christmas. When I asked Rosie to let me see her shirt, she showed us her belly instead.
We rode the ferry one more time.
We rode all of our favorites.
Then we sadly got in our car and headed home. We do love this place.

Race Day Afternoon
After the race, we went back to the room for some lunch and a nap. With all the food Rosie had already eaten, she pretty much just slept. However, Charlie was on a runner's high and declared he was not tired and did not need a nap, so he stayed up and we watched a movie. Then we all got ready to go back to the Magic Kingdom when the bottom fell out of the sky. It was pouring! We needed to get out of the room, though, and we thought we could get some gas in the van, check out an outlet store and maybe go to Downtown Disney and walk around.
I dropped Marc off at the Nike outlet and I went to get gas. When I pulled into the station, this is how I found Mr. Doesn't Need A Nap in the back seat.
After Marc finished getting some deals, we went to Downtown Disney and got some additional parts for our Mr. Potato Head. And since it was snack time, we splurged on a cookie for each kid.
Cookies that they clearly enjoyed.

Post-Race Pictures
After the race was over and we reassembled as a family, I wanted to get some photos with the kids and their new medals. All they wanted to do was eat the post-race treats.
And when we took the food away for pictures, Rosie and Charlie got MAD.
I am sure we bribed Charlie to get this smile. Rosie does not yet understand bribery.
But then Charlie was happy to show off his medal.
Rosie continued to eat through the family portrait.
And in the stroller. And in the car. The race made her a hungry girl!
