We had an appointment to visit with Mickey right before lunch, so we left Adventureland and headed that way. And as we exited, we ran right into a parade. And since we had a few spare minutes -- and since Charlie had been a fan of a parade before -- we stopped to watch.
But the kids weren't thrilled, just kind of tired. So we left the parade and headed Mickey's way.
They could see Mickey before he got to us, and Rosie was SO excited. . .
until he talked to her. Then it was time to cling to Daddy!
She could barely take her eyes off of the Mouse, even if she didn't want to have much to do with him. And this year Mickey actually conversed with you, and it was a little weird for Charlie, too.
