By the time Charlie actually turned four, we were all moved up to Maryland (more on that later.) grandma Dot was here, and we went to celebrate at Chuck E. Cheese. It was a blast for the kids, and the pizza was actually pretty good. Not a bad way to spend your birthday when you are in a new locations and havent made new friends yet.
