Touch A Truck Day 2013

Athens Clarke County held it's annual Touch a Truck day, and Charlie was so excited.  It was all that he could talk about. And he had lots of friends there to add to the enjoyment.

However, he was not very excited about "Mr. Recycle."  We were here for trucks!

First up, the bus!  One day he won't be this excited to be on a bus.

But being on one with Easton is pretty cool right now.

Once they saw the fire truck, Charlie and Easton took off to check it out.

Rosie wanted to see it all, too.

Oooh - a police car!

Charlie figured out you don't want to be in the back, though.

Again, I hope he continues to always be excited about a lawn mower.

Checking out an earth mover with Austin.

If Truitt won't sit with us, Austin will!

Monkey see, monkey do.

UPS trucks are more exciting when filled with packages.

But Rosie didn't mind.

I don't remember what this one was, but it was a city vehicle of some sort.  I was impressed with the little office in the vehicle.

If Carter and Warren are on the fire truck, we need to be there, too!

The kids had a blast.  Charlie didn't want to leave his friends and screamed and hollered and yelled when we left.  And Rosie was asleep in her car seat before we were out of the parking lot.
