Charlie's First Trip to the Dentist

On April 28, Charlie had his first dentist appointment.  I had one right before him, so he could see what would happen.  Charlie was really more interested in watching Little Einsteins on my computer than watching my teeth get cleaned, but some of it must have sunk in because he was cool and calm when it was his turn.

Charlie was amazing!  He did all that the hygienist asked him to do and was never upset.  And now he wants to floss his teeth every night.

Sunday Funday

We spent a recent Sunday afternoon with the Daniel family playing in their backyard.  And having SO much fun!

Rosie got very good at climbing up into the playset.  and wanted no one's help, even if she needed it.  "I do it!"

Charlie and carter would climb up and slide down into a kiddie pool.  The water was so cold, but that did not stop them from sliding into it over and over and over.

Rosie even gave it a try.

And loved it.

Then the big boys moved on to a slip and slide.

Easter 2014

The Easter Bunny was very nice to Rosie and Charlie this year.

Rosie didn't care about no bunny.  She just wanted me to stop taking pictures first thing in the morning!

Charlie was more excited to see what had arrived.

Rosie was still not happy about early morning pictures.

Then we met Grandma Dot and Papa Kirby for lunch in Conyers.

Rosie wanted to help Grandma Dot with that salad.

And Charlie enjoyed his grilled cheese.

After we finished with lunch, we went to the cars, where Grandma Dot had created a super-cool Easter-egg fishing game.

And then once we came home, we broke out one of the Bunny's gifts - a bubble gun!

2014 LP Easter Egg Hunt

We participated again in the LP Easter Egg Hunt.  This year they did a great thing - separated the ages.  So instead of 3 year olds running down new walkers to get an egg, they mowed down kids their own age. And Charlie made sure he was at the front of the line.

While Rosie attended last  year, she and James just sat on a blanket and watched.  This year, she participated and was all about getting those eggs!
