Last weekend, Charlie had his first trip to the beach!
He and I joined Mama, Daddy, Cheri, Hudson and Bowen in St. Simons to celebrate Papa Kirby's birthday. And he had a blast, thanks to the beach pod that Grandma Dot bought for him.
The pod has some friendly butterflies that hang from the top. But from my angle, I thought they looked evil. Check them out - they are glaring at the camera.
The sun, sand and seabreeze were just as relaxing for Charlie as they are for the rest of his family.
On our last day, Aunt Nancy came to visit and got some good Charlie sugar.
He is already asking to go back :-)
