What We Are Eating This Week

Sweet Potatoes!


I baked the sweet potatoes, then mixed them with a little rice cereal and breast milk with the fabulous immersion blender that Charlie got for Christmas. I froze them in an ice cube tray and now have individual servings ready to go with a short defrost.


And Charlie seems to love it!
