Warrior Dash - The Aftermath

After wading through mud, jumping over logs, climbing up walls and jumping through fire, Marc only had a skinned knee. Not bad, considering someone actually fell in the fire and we saw several folks limping with icepacks.


What Marc did have was mud and dirt - EVERYWHERE.
