Rosie was two months old on August 9th, and here are a couple of the pictures we took. She really is a beautiful little girl. She really only cries when she is hungry, and she is very expressive, waving her arms, kicking her legs and cooing and grunting. I think she will be a lot like Charlie, non stop running and talking.
We went to the doctor on August 10 for her 2 month check up, and I am pleased to announce that she is perfectly average. Weight, (10 pounds, 13 oz) height (22.25 inches) and head size (15 inches) are all solidly in the 50th percentile. She received three vaccines, one orally and the other two via shot to the thigh. And she did NOT like those shots. Her face turned RED as a tomato and she silently screamed for at least 10 seconds - which felt like an eternity!
Charlie continues to love his Baby Sister. Yesterday he wanted to carry her - while she was strapped in the car seat - to the car for me. He is such a loving little boy!!
