The last week of July, we headed down to St. Simons for some beach time. After a looong drive (man, having a toddler and a baby just adds hours to road trips!) we met Grandma Dot at the condo. And after dinner, Grandma had some Rosie time and Marc and I took Charlie to burn off some energy at the beach.
He loved the windsurfers - thought they were kites and would run down the beach after them.
Charlie went to the beach last year, but didn't remember it. So it was as if he was seeing the ocean for the first time. He said WOW! a lot.
