Gymnast Rosie

Let me apologize in advance - these were taken on my iPhone and are blurry.  It's not your eyesight - it's me!

In February, we started Rosie in the same gymnastics class that Charlie took at the same age. She wasn't too sure of this place, but she knew she wanted to be on the red carpet part.

First up was the obstacle course, and Rosie did pretty well.

She didn't follow every direction like some of the older (3 year olds) in the class, but she went through each obstacle.

And this one she did over and over, trying her best to jump from color to color.

But on the third round of the obstacle course, Rosie was not thrilled trying a front roll.

So on to the Tumble Track! Rosie loves this part, and again, tries so hard to jump.  But she really ends up running.

The balance beam? Not so much.

But, oh, the foam pit! It is her favorite. She loves to be thrown in and pulled out, and then thrown in and pulled out again and again and again.

And she is just as thrilled about stamps as Charlie was.

Since this first class, Rosie has done so very well.  She hasn't cried and has only fussed a bit.  (Stubborn girl!) She listens well, waits her turn and tries her best on each area in the gym.
